Ministry
The Foundation
Be Well Ministry
evōke operates as an integrated auxiliary of Be Well Church Ministry, a living faith community built on a foundational principle: consciously choosing a state of wellbeing activates the biology of renewal.
The ministry is the spiritual container: the principled context within which sacramental practice has meaning, protection, and integrity. The Private Membership Association is the legal structure that surrounds it. Together they provide the framework within which evōke’s work becomes possible.
Microdosing supplies powerful biological support for the choice to be well. Its full potential emerges when integrated into a broader practice: community, intention, and conscious engagement with what the biology opens. evōke provides the formulations and the complete framework for what happens inside this opening.
The Ministry
Spiritual Container
Be Well Church Ministry provides the sacred grounding, the ceremonial context, the faith-based protections and the spiritual principles within which sacramental practice carries meaning. The ministry is not a legal strategy. It is the reason evōke exists
The PMA
Legal Structure
The Private Membership Association creates the protected private domain, grounded in constitutional rights of free association, within which members may gather and practice outside the reach of public regulatory authority. The structure serves the ministry’s purpose
Sacred Practice
Entheogenic Sacrament and Ceremonial Healing
At the heart of evoke’s ministry is the sacramental use of plant-based medicines within guided ceremonial contexts. These are not products. They are not services. They are sacred tools offered to members as part of a sincere and living religious tradition.
Entheogenic plant medicines have been used across cultures for millennia as pathways to spiritual insight, healing, and connection with the divine. Within our private community, their use is a religious practice protected by the same freedoms that protect all sincere expressions of faith in the United States.
“We believe in living in the emotions of reverence and rebirth. In each present moment, the choice to be well is available. This is both a spiritual conviction and a biological fact.”
What Are Entheogens?
The word “entheogen” means “generating the divine within.” Entheogens are plant medicines and fungi, such as psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca and peyote, that have been used in sacred ceremony across indigenous and spiritual traditions worldwide for thousands of years. Modern research increasingly affirms their potential for healing, insight, and expansion of consciousness.
Sacrament Within a Faith Context
Within evōke, plant medicines are offered as sacrament; a sacred element of our religious practice, not a product for sale. Sacrament is available exclusively to members of our private faith community, accessed through a donation to the ministry rather than a commercial transaction. This framework is protected under religious liberty law and the structure of our Private Membership Association.
The Role of Ceremony
Set and setting matter. All sacramental experiences within Evoke are held within a ceremonial container: guided, intentional and grounded in the ministry’s principles of reverence and natural law. The ceremony is the practice. It is where individual healing and collective spiritual evolution meet.
Member Access to Sacrament
Sacrament is available only to members of evōke’s private faith community. Access is a benefit of membership not a public offering. Members may receive sacrament for personal practice or gift it to another aligned member. All access is grounded in the member’s conscious choice and sincere participation in our shared spiritual path.
Breath
Associates to this sense
We associate and deepen connection to that feeling. Slow, full breaths bring the nervous system into coherence. Each inhale invites the sensation of wellbeing to spread. Each exhale releases what no longer serves. Breath becomes the bridge between open possibility and directed experience.
Medicine
evōkes a sense of wellbeing
We begin by evoking and anchoring the felt sense of wellbeing. This may arise with the assistance of medicine, through touch with the living world, or simply through the memory of a time when we felt whole. The body already knows this state. We let it return.
Belief
That wellbeing is possible
We affirm that true wellbeing is accessible. Our beliefs expand only as far as we are willing to reach. When we step back from rigid assumptions, we create space for new convictions. We practice believing in capacities we once thought improbable. This is where direction enters the open window of neural plasticity. We choose perspectives that support calm, creativity, and connection.
Intention
To Be Well, Regardless
We set the clear aim to cultivate wellbeing in all circumstances and to share it with the world. Intention gives the newly forming neural pathways a destination. It turns transient openness into lasting orientation. Wellbeing underpins all else, but we may also shift our beliefs and intentions in this practice to include what is relevant for us in each moment.
Legal Protections
What Protects You as a Member
evōke’s dual structure: The Private Membership Association integrated with Be Well Church Ministry provides overlapping legal and constitutional protections for every member’s participation in our faith community. These are not claims. They are established rights with documented legal history.
Freedom of Association
The First Amendment guarantees the right of individuals to associate privately for any lawful purpose, spiritual, social, or otherwise. Courts have consistently held that private associations may conduct their affairs without government interference when members have voluntarily joined under a private agreement. evōke’s PMA structure rests directly on this right.
Religious Liberty
As an integrated auxiliary of Be Well Church Ministry, evōke operates under the protections afforded to religious organisations under IRC section 508(c)(1)(A) and the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. Our spiritual practices, including the sacramental use of plant medicines in guided ceremonial contexts are expressions of sincere religious belief, carried out within a protected faith community. Gonzales v. O Centro Espírita Beneficente União do Vegetal (2006) affirmed that the government bears a compelling burden to override sincere religious entheogenic practice. evōke’s structure was built with this precedent in mind.
Privacy of the Private Domain
All interactions, communications, gatherings, and relationships within evōke exist in the private domain. External regulatory bodies – state or federal – do not have automatic jurisdiction over the internal affairs of a lawfully established private association. Member records and communications are held in confidence and are not subject to public disclosure.
Self-Determination & Natural Law
evōke is governed by natural law principles, the conviction that individuals possess inherent sovereignty over their own bodies, minds, and spiritual paths. Our Membership Covenant reflects this: members participate by informed, conscious choice, taking full responsibility for their own spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Any conflicts that arise are resolved internally through private mediation, not public courts.
Voluntary & Consensual Membership
No one is compelled to join evōke. Membership is an act of conscious, informed agreement. Either party, the member or the association, may end the relationship at any time with appropriate notice, while confidentiality and private status are maintained. This voluntary structure is what gives the PMA its legal and spiritual integrity. You are not a customer. You are a participant in a living faith community.
Intention
Set and Setting Matter
Sacramental experiences within Evōke are held with clear intention and reverent context. The neuroscience of the plasticity window and the wisdom of ceremonial tradition agree: what surrounds the experience shapes what it becomes.
Contribution
Donation, Not Transaction
When you contribute to evōke you are donating to a living ministry, feeding ceremony, community, and education. The distinction matters: this is the structural and spiritual basis for how sacramental access operates within a protected faith community
Beyond the Ceremony
An Integrated Approach to Wellbeing
“We recognise that everything is interconnected. Through authentic being and conscious non-interference, we align with natural law. Our faith rests in the constant renewal available in each present moment and the choice to Be Well Regardless.”
evōke’s work does not end in the ceremonial space. Wellbeing is whole, encompassing the spiritual, physical, and relational dimensions of human life. The ministry supports a range of interconnected initiatives: precision formulations, education, community infrastructure, and advocacy for the rights that make all of it possible.
When you donate to evōke, you are contributing to a living ecosystem of care, one that feeds ceremony, community, education, and the long work of restoring harmony between human beings and the natural world.
Spiritual Activism
Embodied Belief
True spirituality manifests through consistent actions in the world. Beliefs gain power when they are lived daily through choices, community support, and advocacy that honor earth medicines, sovereignty, and the pursuit of collective wellbeing.
Inspired Living
Creative Community
Inspiration acts as the vital fire that fuels emotional renewal and sustained vitality. It lifts individuals beyond routine patterns and opens pathways to greater creativity, connection, and purpose. Creative expression and collaborative spaces transform personal insight into shared energy and a regenerative way of life.
Community Wealth
Economics of Wellbeing
The individual is strongest when the community thrives. Intentional living systems and economic models built on mutual support, shared resources, and regenerative practices create environments that naturally encourage positive behavior and lasting resilience.
The Invitation
Be Well. Regardless
evōke exists because wellbeing is possible in every moment, for every person willing to choose it. Our faith rests in the constant renewal available when we align with natural law and meet life from a place of reverence.
Membership is not a transaction. It is a considered step into a private faith community, one that holds your sovereignty, your privacy and your spiritual freedom as its highest obligations. We extend this invitation to those who demonstrate genuine alignment with the principles.
evōke is a Private Membership Association. Membership is selective and consensual, extended to those who have reviewed the Covenant, understood the framework and are ready to participate with intention. There is no financial requirement to join. Access to formulations and sacramental practice follows through demonstrated alignment with the community’s principles.
